The most important part of any insurance policy is the treatment of customers when they need us most. Our underwriters offer a claims service that is fast and efficient.

Our product can be white labelled to make it exclusive to you. Alternatively, we can negotiate the retailing of the product under the BestPet name, if that were more appropriate to you.

Website
These days an interactive, easily approachable Internet presence is a must for most businesses. We acknowledge that fact and will provide you with a fully operational website. Again this can be branded for you and will include a full back office system. It will issue policy documentation, collect premiums and hold policyholder information.

Back Office
Your customers will have access to our administration service to help them with their queries and claims. These are based in Europe and are able to speak the language of the person calling. The phones will be answered as if they were part of your company as a natural extension of the white labelling.

European Coverage
Our service is available across Europe and we are able to offer our products branded for your business in all EU countries. Your website will be developed accordingly to include this facility if required.

Staff Training
We are able to provide your staff with product training at agreed venues. Topics range from technical product knowledge to sales techniques. However, such a programme is easily extendable and we would be more than happy to talk to you about your specific needs.

Income Stream
Unlike many others, we do not pay our introducers a one-off commission at the point of sale. The BestPet package includes commission for the initial sale continuing for as long as the customer renews their policy. In addition we are able to assist you in developing staff incentive/bonus schemes and customer incentives.

Marketing Materials
Even with marketing materials for in store placement and advertising you are not on your own. Our expertise can be used to develop these support items in line with the demographics of your customer base and the aims of your business.
